30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with a YNK subscription (Composer Pro or Scout Insider), you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. This applies to your initial purchase and to renewal charges. Current subscription pricing is listed on our public Pricing page.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you paid with, or contact our support team at support@ynk.fm and we'll help you.
Fire Packs
Listener Fire Packs are one-off digital purchases. Unused Fires can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Fires that have already been spent are non-refundable.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the Dashboard "Manage billing" link, which opens Paddle's customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
